Fusing High Dynamic Range camera and sensor technology, with our latest Optical Grass Recognition (OGR™) vision software, OcuMow® 18 accurately identifies grass, edges and objects to independently navigate around your lawn. Plug & Play Charging Station
Minimal install, plug-and-play charging station. Simply plug the charger into an outdoor power socket, set the schedule and OcuMow® 18 will do the rest. No guide wires to lay or boundaries to map. With the LawnMaster plug-and-play charging station you get the ultimate low-effort set up and operation.
Automatic Charging
OcuMow® 18 independently mows from dawn until dusk and automatically finds its way home to charge. Using a combination of GPS positioning and vision software, OcuMow® 18 will navigate back to its charging station to automatically re-charge when its battery is low.
Boundary Wire Free
OcuMow® 18 detects your lawn and edges for you, so you don’t have to train your robot where to go or laboriously map out your boundaries in an app. In certain situations, you may need to make your lawn borders more clearly defined.
Customisable Cutting Schedules
In Schedule mode, using a simple dial and LCD screen interface, you can customise when and for how long you want your robot to be active. OcuMow® 18 can be scheduled to mow on any day, from dawn until dusk.
Drop & Mow Mode
Developed with a detachable LawnMaster MX 24V lithium battery, OcuMow® 18 can also be used in drop-and-mow mode for cutting other lawns, in other locations. Simply take the fully charged mower to the other lawn and choose the spiral or random cutting pattern. OcuMow® 18 will mow until the battery is low and wait on the lawn to be taken back to its charging station.
No Go’ Areas
No-Go strip can temporarily or permanently cordon off sections of your garden that you do not want OcuMow® 18 to go, such as recently re-seeded patches of grass, steep slopes, ponds or rewilded areas of your garden. The mower detects the strip using on-board sensors and navigates away. 10m of No-Go strip is included in the box
Optical Grass Recognition
For OcuMow® 18 to perform at its best, your garden should have a clearly defined border around the perimeter of your lawn, such as dark mulch, paving or gravel, or a raised edge at least 6cm high. As with other robot mowers, a grass trimmer (not included) is needed to trim the lawn edges.
Safety and Security
For safety, lift, tilt & bump sensors stop the blades immediately if the mower is picked up or bumps into objects, and a PIN code prevents unauthorised use. Operating only during daylight hours, OcuMow® 18 helps protect nocturnal wildlife, such as hedgehogs, allowing them to roam safely at night.
Rain sensor
OcuMow 18® can be programmed to return to the charging station in wet weather, preserving your lawn.
Grips slopes of up to 35% (19)
High specification deep tread wheels provide additional grip on slopes up to 35% (19°).
